Foggy morning

It started out as a nice foggy morning,
one that drew me out with camera in hand
to see what I could see.

Click on pictures for a larger view.

I love seeing dewdrops clinging to flowers and leaves.

La Marne always lovely to see.

Blue mist flower,
with a Spiderwort bloom in the background.

Cape Jasmine below and next picture is of Mom-of-millions buds.

George Tabor buds

Old Blush Bud

Plumbago

Mm. Laurette Messimy

Smith's Parrish in next two photos.

A sweet little Phyllis Bide bud.

Here we have a back view of Phyllis Bide.

It's so nice to see those pretty things. So colorful on an otherwise dreary day here. The sun is peeping out now.

Fog made our gardens looking magical, didn't it? This morning's heavy fog was so unusal, I love it! Your pictures with dewdrops are beautiful!

Hi there! Do you remember a wee while back you told me about a couple that were working their way round NZ and were writing a blog - well guess who's coming to stay with us in February??
Liz and Mat - isn't that great!

I love foggy mornings! It makes you feel so isolated, as if you are alone in the world...good for a few hours anyway.

The roses are beautiful as usual.

Do they ever have a rest period of no blooms in your climate?

It just amazes me what you have blooming in your garden while I'm encased in ice. Such a treat to visit on cold mornings like today. I miss the music.

Beautiful photographs, FlowerLady. What a nice way to enjoy a foggy morning. Thank you for sharing. Your roses are always beautiful and it seems that at least one is always in bloom. Do you have any special tips for roses?

You must really enjoy this time of year. It's not hot, and you still have such lovely blooms! That's a nice quote.
